STATEMENT OF THE ORGANISATION
The aim of the Fondazione Antonino Reggio
non-profit organisation set up to research the life and works of
Eighteenth Century Sicilian Prelate, harpsichordist, violoncellist and
Antonino Reggio, described as “a man of great intellect,
erudite, and very

affected, the Foundation may collaborate with other
entities on a national,
regional or international basis in order to further its aims.
All prospective Patrons of the Foundation
shall have access to the statute of
Foundation upon demand.
5.7 Any commercial activity in respect of the
aims of the Foundation shall be carried
out by a sister organization, Edizione Antonino Reggio.
Patrons of the Foundation shall fall
under the following categories
Honorary Patrons – individuals who have supported the work
shall be invited by the Foundation at
Patrons - Institutions, libraries and other such entities which have
supported the work of the Foundation.

at its discretion.
patrons – Individuals who wish to
support the aims of the
Foundation through an annual subscription.
Initially the Foundation will be
managed by a President who shall be the founder of
the Foundation. Should it be deemed
necessary then an executive committee shall
be formed to administer the affairs
of the Foundation.
FINANCES AND ACCOUNTS
7.1. (a) Applications
for subscribing patrons shall be accompanied by the
subscription fee shall be payable yearly in advance and shall fall due on
last day of December.
(c) If the subscription is paid after
the first of June then the fee shall be 50% of
the annual fee.
The funds of the Foundation shall
also be collected from voluntary contributions,
donations or grants by Members,
benefactors, the State, any other institution, and
from fundraising activities.
The funds of the Foundtion shall be
deposited in bank accounts of a reputable local
bank in the name of the Fondation.
Proper books of accounts shall be
maintained as to enable to issue an accurate
annual report of the Foundation
